Edutara does not have a phone line, WhatsApp number or email address yet. Until it does, the two forms below are the way to reach us, and everything you send through them comes to Edutara.

For families and learners

Find a tutor

Tell us the class or exam, the board, the subjects, and whether you want lessons at home or online. A person at Edutara reads the request and looks for a tutor who teaches exactly that.

If the learner is under 18, a parent or guardian should fill in the form.

For tutors

Apply to teach

College students, graduates, retired teachers and teachers outside the school system can apply. Applying is free, tutors never pay Edutara anything, and after you apply you receive an email with the next steps.

Teachers who currently work in a school cannot apply: Section 28 of the RTE Act, 2009 bars them from private tuition.

Whatever a tutor would need to know: the class or exam, the board, the subjects, the topics that feel hardest, whether you prefer lessons in English or Hindi, and the days and times that suit you.

Sending the find-a-tutor form costs nothing. Lesson fees are agreed with the tutor and paid to the tutor directly, and Edutara's own fees for families are shown to you before you pay anything.

The privacy policy explains what Edutara collects through these forms, why, how long it is kept, and the rights you have over it, including withdrawing consent and raising a grievance.
